Welcome to where Pilates is adapted to you!

COVID19 Update: We are excited to be able to offer our Pilates services and employee well-being in person. However, we realise that not everyone is comfortable with this or you may need reassurance about how sessions are carried out. We therefore have a Covid protocol for in person sessions or we can work online. If you are unsure of what would work best or would like to know more about how our services are being delivered please contact us.

COVID19 Update: Keeping physically active has never been more important than during this COVID19 pandemic. We at Adaptive Pilates are devastated that we can’t help clients face-to-face at this time, due to the proximity of our services. However, until we can offer a solution, if you would like to know how Pilates can help you get stronger, more flexible or support your recovery from injury or illness, please contact us for a chat.

Jenny guides client to correct movement

Let's get you moving!

Adaptive Pilates is all about getting you moving naturally and reducing pain. Jenny  Gebka, the founder of AP, believes being able to move with ease enriches all aspects of your life, from wanting to get up in the morning, being able to join in family or sporting activities or keeping your independence.

She adapts Pilates exercises to help you gain control, obtain greater flexibility and strength in your core and those muscles responsible for specific movements. The physiotherapy-modified APPI method of Pilates instruction she uses is safe for all levels; whether just starting out, recovering from an enforced time out or training for a specific challenge.

Programs of activity are individually tailored to help you achieve your specific goals.  One to one sessions are carried out in the comfort of your own home, covering North and East Hertfordshire, England: Brookmans Park, Codicote, Harpenden, Hatfield, Hertford, Hitchin, Knebworth, Lemsford, Welwyn, Welwyn Garden City, Wheathamstead and surrounding area.
