Welcome to where Pilates is adapted to you!

COVID19 Update: We are excited to be able to offer our Pilates services and employee well-being in person. However, we realise that not everyone is comfortable with this or you may need reassurance about how sessions are carried out. We therefore have a Covid protocol for in person sessions or we can work online. If you are unsure of what would work best or would like to know more about how our services are being delivered please contact us.

Jenny guides client to correct movement

Let's get you moving!

Adaptive Pilates is all about getting you moving naturally and reducing pain. Jenny  Gebka, the founder of AP, believes being able to move with ease enriches all aspects of your life: being able to join in family or sporting activities, maintaining your independence to keeping alert while at your desk.

She adapts Pilates exercises to help you gain control, obtain greater flexibility and strength in your core and those muscles responsible for specific movements. The physiotherapy-modified APPI method of Pilates instruction she uses is safe for all levels; whether just starting out, recovering from an enforced time out or training for a specific challenge.

Programs of activity are individually tailored to help you achieve your specific goals.  One-to-one sessions are carried out in the comfort of your own home or office if local (see contact page for areas covered) or remotely online.

What do our client said about golf and Pilates?

"I am an avid golfer playing off single figures. Golf and Pilates go so well together as both are connected through core strength, balance, and timing. Your session was very much welcomed as I have attended numerous Pilate and Yoga classes over the past 7 or so years and I have often wondered what I should be doing and when. The fundamentals that you took time to explain to me, not only provided that 'hook to hang it on' but also sound advice for better posture and breathing." Aly       Read client stories
