Jenny guides client to correct movement

Let's get you moving!

Adaptive Pilates is all about getting you moving naturally and reducing pain. Jenny  Gebka, the founder of AP, believes being able to move with ease enriches all aspects of your life: being able to join in family or sporting activities, maintaining your independence to keeping alert while at your desk.

She adapts Pilates exercises to help you gain control, obtain greater flexibility and strength in your core and those muscles responsible for specific movements. The physiotherapy-modified APPI method of Pilates instruction she uses is safe for all levels; whether just starting out, recovering from an enforced time out or training for a specific challenge.

Programs of activity are individually tailored to help you achieve your specific goals.  One-to-one sessions are carried out in the comfort of your own home or office if local (see contact page for areas covered) or remotely online.
