Jenny's all round strengthening

I am a competitive cyclist, but need to balance the rest of my body to keep it strong. I like Pilates but can't get to a convenient class. 

I found Jenny's explanations so helpful and have definitely corrected a couple of bad habits I'd picked up, particularly my shoulder positioning. It's amazing how subtle the movements can be, yet make such a big difference!

The exercises she's given me are really helpful. I use them to warm up, cool down or fit in between my cycling schedule. 
Jenny's even set me some short standing sessions to fit into my day!
