I've put together a short bonus challenge to help you keep that feeling of being in balance over the Christmas period

It takes 10 minutes and you do it in standing, so no need to clear the living room floor before you start! Have a dining chair ready in the beginning, in case you are a bit wobbly.


If you do it daily you will feel stronger, more mobile and move with more balance and ease. And you won't need the chair for support!
